I was looking for work that was easy to start without experience, and joined with a “let’s just try it” attitude. It was my first security job, so I felt a little nervous at first.
After joining, there was solid training, and I gradually moved onto sites with guidance from seniors, which put me at ease. Standing work can be tiring, but I can ask my teammates anything, and we support each other, so I enjoy working here.
At the site, we confirm the tasks and precautions and protect pedestrians and vehicles in coordination with teammates. When a site ends safely, or when people say “thank you,” I feel glad to be doing this job.
I can easily adjust my working days and hours to my life, and earn a stable income without strain. I first saw it as an easy job to start, but now it is rewarding and something I can enjoy long term with my teammates.
